Messages and quote requests. When you use the contact form, the quote request, the call-me form or write to us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us (name, phone, email, message and the service you choose). We use them only to reply and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Website analytics. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, on what type of device and from which country. We do not use advertising features or Google signals. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and fault-finding for a short period.
Before you choose, the site stores a single item in your browser, wm_consent_v1, which remembers your choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_… You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google Ireland Ltd for Google Analytics (only with your consent) and the email service we use for the messages you send us. We do not sell your data. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@webmakercy.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
